Salon Etiquette
Cell Phones
We promise a relaxing place for all our Mango Guests. We encourage Mango Guests to turn off all cell phones or leave them in our secured lockers in the change area.
Cancellations and No Shows
For your convenience, we contact our guests by phone call or email 48 hours in advance to confirm services and appointment times. Out of courtesy to other Mango Guests looking to schedule services, we ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. While we understand emergency cancellations, guests with more than two incidents in a six month period may activate our non-refundable deposit policy. Under these guidelines, Mango Guests who fail to show for their appointments may be asked to prepay a 50% deposit by credit card for future appointments.
Children
We love our children and grandchildren. However, the salon is not conducive to small infants and children under twelve years old. We expect our adult Mango Guests to supervise children. If we feel children are in danger or disrupting our Mango Guest experience, we will ask the parent to control or remove the child from Mango.
Redos/Adjustments
We want our Mango Guests to receive a "no compromise" experience. If any Mango Guest is dissatisfied, we will adjust the original service at no charge to the Mango Guest. We will ask the original Hair Designer to schedule the adjustment within one week of the original service.
Arriving Late
Busy schedules often force you to arrive late. We promise to make our best effort to fit your service into the schedule. If you are more than ten (10) minutes late, we may have to modify your service or have another available Hair Designer complete your service. If you are more then twenty (20) minutes late, we will try to complete the service or reschedule you for another time.
Waiting
Occasionally, we may be running behind. When we do we will communicate with you. Our front desk will monitor your progress while you are waiting and ask our team to help get you started. If we make you wait longer than twenty (20) minutes, we will offer you the option of continuing to wait or reschedule you for a future appointment with a complimentary Gift Card |
